CSBS Releases RFP for Testing and Education Services

  

The Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) and its affiliate – the State Regulatory Registry LLC – released a request for proposals (RFP) for services related to the testing and education requirements of the SAFE Act. The request for proposals is for three separate but related service components regarding the implementation and maintenance of SAFE Act individual mortgage loan originator testing and education requirements.
