Board of Directors and Executive Officers

The financial institution’s Board of Directors establish the risk appetite and overall strategies and expectations of the financial institution as a whole. The Executive Officers (Senior Management) ensure the Board’s directives are met and set the processes for the financial institution to meet these expectations. In this area you and your staff are given access to a suite of reliable tools and products to ensure not only compliance with regulatory timing requirements, with such things as annual reporting, but tools that assist with understanding the risk environment of the financial institution.
