Clarification regarding Austin Bank

Yesterday we posted an article from the FDIC OIG, that was titled “Former Austin Bank Employee Sentenced to Federal Prison for Stealing over One Million Dollars from Customer.” We want to clarify that Austin Bank did not have an employee that was involved in this crime and that it was a bank employee at Capital One which happens to be located in Austin, Texas.
