Summary
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency today issued version 2.2 of the updated “Foreword” booklet of the Comptroller’s Handbook. The booklet describes the overall organization and format of the Comptroller’s Handbook and explains the OCC’s process for issuing new booklets, updating booklets, and fully revising booklets.
Rescissions
This bulletin rescinds version 2.1 of the “Foreword” booklet issued on May 16, 2019. This bulletin also rescinds OCC Bulletin 2019-23, “Comptroller’s Handbook: Updated ‘Foreword’ Booklet and Rescissions,” which transmitted version 2.1 of the booklet.
Note for Community Banks
This booklet applies to the OCC’s supervision of community banks.1
